Order will start printing within one business day after confirmation.
We promise to deliver you the selected resolution, infill, infill pattern and shells.
We advise you to be aware of retraction line and clearance of parts to be assembled if the model is designed by you.
We promise to deliver the printed model with accurate dimensions of the model with max. machine error of ±1% mm.
We review the model's scale and color with the customer before printing.
The first layer may contain elephant foot.
We ensure to deliver your model within the expected time frame.
Printing prices may vary if the model needs low printing speed..
Your order may be delayed due to power cut, if that happens, 3DHUB will re-print your order without any additional cost.

ستبدأ الطباعة في غضون يوم عمل واحد بعد التأكيد.
نعدكم بأن نقدم لك الدقة المحددة، الملئ والحوائط.
ننصحكم بأن تكون على دراية بالخلوص للأجزاء المراد تجميعها إذا كان النموذج من تصميمك.
نعدكم بتقديم النموذج المطبوع بأبعاد دقيقة للنموذج بتسامح ± 1٪ مم.
نقوم بمراجعة الأبعاد والألوان للنموذج مع العميل قبل الطباعة.
قد تحتوي الطبقة الأولى على مقاسات مختلقة عن الباقي نظرا لأسلوب الطباعة.
نحن نضمن تسليم النموذج الخاص بك في غضون الإطار الزمني المتوقع.
قد تختلف أسعار الطباعة إذا كان النموذج يحتاج إلى سرعة طباعة منخفضة.
قد يتأخر طلبك بسبب انقطاع التيار الكهربائي ، إذا حدث ذلك ، فإن الشركة ستعيد طباعة طلبك دون أي تكلفة إضافية

Minimum order price for 3D printing is 50 LE for each color.
Minimum design price is 300 LE.
Deposit 50% for orders over 500 LE.
Deposits policy can be negotiable for students by confirmation from 3DHUB Management team.
Deposits are non-refundable once the order starts printing.
3D printed products are non-refundable and 3DHUB is not responsible for mishandling of the product/client’s design mistakes.
Payment method: Cash - Vodafone Cash - Bank transfer.
